Real Estate Experience

Licensed in Florida in March, 2014 and affiliated with Prudential Sterling Properties shortly thereafter.  As an agent, I will apply the intimate knowledge of Brevard County that I gained as  founding editor of SpaceCoast Living magazine to helping buyers identify the neighborhood and the home that will bring them the most enjoyment, convenience and an environment to pursue their particular passions.

I will also employ the experience gained as an agent in Northern Virginia to coaching sellers on how to prepare, market and sell their homes for the greatest return – with the least stress and inconvenience.

Licensed in Virginia

Long and Foster Realty, Vienna Virginia  2010-2013

I worked with buyers, sellers and tenants, where my goal was to provide the best client service with integrity and care through attentive listening and understanding peoples’ needs, and educating them on the realities of the real estate marketplace.  As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist I am knowledgeable and sensitive to the needs of older adults who are seeking to downsize or move to a home in an assisted living facility.

Space Coast Daily and Space Coast Medicine and Active Living

My husband and I were also recruited recently to assist with local event coverage for Space Coast Daily, an on-line news service, and Space Coast Medicine and Active Living, a bi-monthly print magazine. This is a fun way to connect with old friends and clients and other community leaders.

Narrative

Ever since she bought her first condominium as a young, single professional in Boston, Nancy Lundell has been involved in real estate on both sides of the table. She can empathize with your worries and concerns.

Nancy was born and raised on Long Island in New York and attended Syracuse University in pursuit of a career in journalism.  After earning her bachelor’s degree and getting her feet wet in the industry she landed a job as a reporter for Computerworld, a business-to-business publication that allowed her to travel the world and write about innovative techniques in the emerging technology sector.  After just two years, her dedication was rewarded with promotion to Managing Editor … and that first condo.

After marriage, she and her husband bought and renovated two houses on Martha’s Vineyard, a condo in Philadelphia and two houses in Huntington, N.Y. on Long Island fueling Nancy’s strong interest in real estate.  Having “been there and done that” Nancy knows the process can be full of anxiety and possibilities.

That’s why she tends to all the details to ensure your success.  She listens carefully to your needs and then utilizes her vision and creativity to discover the possibilities in a property. For sellers her journalistic background makes her and excellent marketer of your property.

Nancy was also the founding editor of the magazine SpaceCoast Living in 2003 and ran it for five years which provides her with great insight into the culture, arts and homes in all of Brevard County. In 2005 the magazine under her leadership was honored with an award for Reporting Excellence by the Florida Magazine Association.

Prior to returning to Brevard, Nancy sold real estate in Virginia for three years and is also a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist.  SRES qualifies her to help seniors meet the particular real estate needs and concerns of seniors including downsizing from their current homes or even helping a family member transition to an assisted living facility.
