As an agent, I will apply the intimate knowledge of Brevard County that I gained as founding editor of SpaceCoast Living magazine to helping buyers identify the neighborhood and the home that will bring them the most enjoyment, convenience and an environment to pursue their particular passions.
I will also employ the experience gained as an agent in Northern Virginia to coaching sellers on how to prepare, market and sell their homes for the greatest return – with the least stress and inconvenience.

My husband and I were also recruited recently to assist with local event coverage for Space Coast Daily, an on-line news service, and Space Coast Medicine and Active Living, a bi-monthly print magazine. This is a fun way to connect with old friends and clients and other community leaders.

Huntington Foundation for Excellence in Education
As a freelance writer and stay at home mom, I founded and served this organization in various capacities for 9 years, including as President. HFEE’s mission was raising money and support through events and grants to provide funds for education, music and sports programs the school district with otherwise not be able to offer.
Ronald McDonald House of Long Island, Queens N.Y.
Communications Director
This part time position was aimed at raising awareness of the need for services the Ronald McDonald House provided. It included edited newsletter featuring success stories, events and photographs aimed at increased funding and volunteer participation. It also included getting publicity for our success stories in local newspapers and on TV. Ronald McDonald House is a home away from home for the parents of sick children being treated in nearby hospitals.

I started as a writer and two years later was promoted to managing editor to run the news operation, which under my leadership grew to 20 people, including Washington, D. C. and San Francisco bureaus. This position allowed me to travel extensively and write about innovative techniques in the emerging technology sector.

Narrative
Ever since she bought her first condominium as a young, single professional in Boston, Nancy Lundell has been involved in real estate on both sides of the table. She can empathize with your worries and concerns.
Nancy was born and raised on Long Island in New York and attended Syracuse University in pursuit of a career in journalism. After earning her bachelor’s degree and getting her feet wet in the industry she landed a job as a reporter for Computerworld, a business-to-business publication that allowed her to travel the world and write about innovative techniques in the emerging technology sector. After just two years, her dedication was rewarded with promotion to Managing Editor … and that first condo.
After marriage, she and her husband bought and renovated two houses on Martha’s Vineyard, a condo in Philadelphia and two houses in Huntington, N.Y. on Long Island fueling Nancy’s strong interest in real estate. Having “been there and done that” Nancy knows the process can be full of anxiety and possibilities.
That’s why she tends to all the details to ensure your success. She listens carefully to your needs and then utilizes her vision and creativity to discover the possibilities in a property. For sellers her journalistic background makes her and excellent marketer of your property.
Nancy was also the founding editor of the magazine SpaceCoast Living in 2003 and ran it for five years which provides her with great insight into the culture, arts and homes in all of Brevard County. Prior to returning to Brevard, Nancy sold real estate in Virginia for three years and is also a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist. SRES qualifies her to help seniors meet the particular real estate needs and concerns of seniors including downsizing from their current homes or even helping a family member transition to an assisted living facility.
